Wholesale & B2B policies for Number Plate Frame

These terms apply to all wholesale orders placed with Number Plate Frame (numberplateframe.in).
We supply businesses only: auto parts distributors, retailers, and white label brands. We do not take retail or single-piece orders.
100 pieces per product type for standard orders. 500 pieces per design for white label and OEM orders.
Per-piece pricing is shared after you send us your requirements. Prices vary by product type and order volume. Quoted prices apply to the specific order discussed.
We accept online and offline payment. Terms are confirmed at the time of order. Production begins after payment is cleared.
An order is confirmed when you confirm quantity, product type, delivery address, and payment terms in writing via WhatsApp or email. We do not start production on verbal confirmations.
Orders already in production cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel before production starts, contact us immediately. Advance payments already processed may be subject to a processing fee.
Custom-branded orders are final. No cancellations, returns, or exchanges once production begins. The buyer is responsible for verifying logo files, colours, and specs before confirming the order.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not responsible for consequential or indirect losses from a delay or defect.
