What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The minimum is 100 pieces per product type. For white label orders, it is 500 pieces per design. We do not take single-piece or small retail orders.
Do you ship across India?
Yes. We ship to all states. One supplier, any delivery address in India. We have shipped to 20+ states so far.
Which vehicle types do your frames cover?
Bikes, scooters, cars, commercial vehicles, and electric vehicles. All types are available for bulk order.
Are your frames RTO approved?
Yes. All products are RTO approved. You do not need to verify compliance separately. The frames meet legal standards as supplied.
Can I order under my own brand name?
Yes. We do white label and OEM manufacturing with your logo, colours, and packaging. MOQ for white label is 500 pieces per design. Custom dimensions are available on request.
How do I place a bulk order?
WhatsApp or call us with the product type and quantity you need. We send per-piece pricing and a delivery timeline. Once you confirm and share your delivery address, we handle production and dispatch.
What payment methods do you accept?
Both online and offline. Payment terms are confirmed when you place the inquiry.
How long does delivery take after I confirm my order?
Timelines are agreed at the time of order, based on product type, quantity, and your location. We give you a clear dispatch date before you confirm. No surprises after payment.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Contact us about samples. Most buyers confirm orders after reviewing product specs and photos. Availability depends on the product type.
Do you supply to distributors covering multiple states?
Yes. We work with distributors who supply retailer networks across multiple states. One supplier, all states. No need to manage multiple vendors.
How is per-piece pricing decided?
It depends on product type and order volume. Larger orders get better per-piece rates. Send us your requirements and we will give you a quote.
Do you make frames for electric vehicles?
Yes. EV number plate frames are in our standard product range and available for bulk order.
What if I receive a defective batch?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We review each case and sort out a resolution: replacement, credit, or refund depending on the situation.
