We sell in bulk to businesses. Our return and refund terms reflect that.
If you receive a defective batch, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We review each case and work out a resolution: replacement, credit, or refund depending on the situation.
If we send the wrong product type or quantity, contact us immediately. We will arrange a correction at no extra cost.
We do not accept returns on correctly supplied bulk orders. Once an order is confirmed and in production, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
Custom-branded orders cannot be returned or exchanged. They are manufactured to your specifications and cannot be restocked.
